Nightly or weekly stays
Not just pitches, but superpitches! All of our holiday pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes include hard standing with grass adjacent, plus electric hook-up, water and grey waste hook-ups. That’s everything you need right on hand to ensure a convenient and comfortable family-friendly holiday stay at Lakeside, whether it’s for a night or a fortnight! The new onsite shower and restroom complex offers modern, high-quality facilities with a focus on sustainability. Designed for comfort and convenience, it includes spacious wet rooms, a dedicated baby wash area, and dog showers for pet owners. The complex operates using an advanced rainwater processing system and solar energy, making it fully self-sufficient and environmentally friendly. These systems help to conserve water and reduce dependence on conventional energy sources, ensuring an eco-conscious approach to hygiene. Providing a clean, efficient, and well-equipped space, the facility caters to the needs of all visitors, from individuals and families to those travelling with pets.
A touring pitch gives you access to everything Lakeside has to offer, included in your overnight fee! Our Multi-Use Games Area includes a 9-hole golf course, basketball, football and five-a-side, plus tennis, padel tennis, table tennis and snooker and pool. Leisure facility Tropicana offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym, while outdoors there’s a fishing lake, plus nearby cycling, walking, and hiking routes. There are also social spaces and adventure playgrounds for children to enjoy. The Waterfront club includes Oscar’s, a 350-seat venue hosting live music, comedy and family-friendly entertainment throughout the season, and the Sportsman’s bar boasts 22 tables, plenty of standing space and TVs showing major sporting events. Monty’s restaurant includes 32 tables and offers a comprehensive menu. Please note that there is an additional cost for access to the swimming facilities and golf course.

All prices include VAT and apply to parties of up to 5 persons with a touring caravan, motorhome or trailer tent. Tents are not accepted on our field.
You can bring your motorhome, your campervan or your caravan onto the touring pitches at Lakeside. The seasonal pitches, on the other hand, are longer term and for caravans only.
Yes, there are! We have around 10 touring pitches which are suitable for large motorhomes or caravans which are in excess of 9 metres in length. Five of these are dog-friendly pitches, too.
Yes, you can! Your four-legged friend is as welcome as you are. There are great dog-friendly facilities at Lakeside including a dog-friendly garden dining room, an on-park dog walk plus some great country and urban walks in the vicinity. There are poo bins all over the park so that we can all do our bit to keep Lakeside clean and tidy.
Please note there is a fee per dog per night, as well as a maximum of two dogs allowed on your pitch.
Yes, it is! Other than for two events per season which require the purchase of tickets, the entertainment on offer at Oscar’s in the Waterfront is free to attend. During the season there are also some entertainment events in the outdoor space, which are free.

No. Lakeside does not allow commercial vehicles under any circumstance.
