Lakeside is one of the UK’s finest premium holiday parks, offering an exceptional destination and incredible facilities in a fantastic location for seasonal tourers. It is advisable to enquire for availability as soon as possible as there is often a waiting list for seasonal pitches.
What is a seasonal caravan pitch?
Some years you just want to park your caravan on the same pitch for the whole season, or even all year, without worry. Here at Lakeside we have over 50 where you can do just that. You can come and go as you please for as long as you like, with no worries about finding an available pitch. Ours include hook-up for electricity (metered) and water (included in the price) and are located on a 12-acre level ground field with a hard-standing surface so your caravan won’t sink in the mud over the course of your time here.

Visit when you like: Your time is your own and you can be spontaneous. You can visit Lakeside and stay in your caravan any time during the season, without having to book!
Save on tow time: When you leave your caravan on the pitch at Lakeside during the season you can enjoy more time here and less time hitching up, towing and setting up!
Reserved pitch: Since the pitch you’re parked on is exclusively yours, there’s no need to worry whether we’ll have enough space for you when you want to visit.
Enjoy the facilities: Everything you could possibly need is readily on hand – from sports, swimming, fitness and wellbeing to places to eat and be entertained, a shop for your essentials and lots of day-to-day domestic amenities.
Explore the locale: We’re not too far from the beautiful Lincolnshire coastlines of Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes, and there’s plenty of inland splendour close by to enjoy, too – including the historic sites, unique attractions and charming towns of Lincolnshire.

While everyone else’s holiday park prices have gone up, and continue to do so, here at Lakeside park we’re intent on providing a high quality experience that’s also excellent value. That’s why we’ve kept prices the same for the last few years.
So, for the 2025 season our seasonal touring pitches are £3,125 per year (payable upfront). We issue site fees in November, with a £200 deposit required by the end of November. The site fees are due in full by the end of January.
Electricity at the seasonal pitches on Lakeside is metered. You pay an upfront electricity deposit of £150, and any balance remaining will be refunded to you when you vacate your pitch.
Water is included in the pitch price.
You’re welcome to leave your caravan on site at Lakeside for all 12 months of the year, but in 2025 our seasonal pitches are open and available for use from Friday 7th March to the last night of use, Saturday 29th November.
Yes! The entertainment on offer at Oscar’s (the entertainment space at Lakeside) is free for seasonal tourers to attend (other than for two ticketed events per season, though they are welcome to buy tickets for those). There are also occasional entertainment events in the outdoor space, which are free.
Yes, you can! All of the facilities are available to you – including football, tennis, padel tennis, basketball, snooker and pool plus the gym. The exceptions, where there are additional charges to be paid, are swimming and golf.
Please note that there are hire charges and refundable deposits for equipment for certain sports.
Unfortunately no, seasonal pitches are reserved for caravan tourers only, and these must be no more than 10 years old.
You can bring up to two dogs to your seasonal pitch, and these must be on a lead at all times.
Please note not all our pitches can accept dogs, so specify this at the time of selecting a pitch.
Seasonal membership for the Tropicana Complex can be purchased at a cost of £115 per adult and £75 per child at the start of the season. Under 4’s are free accompanied by a membership holder.
Alternatively, you can use the swimming pool on a pay as you go basis at a cost per session of £4 for an adult and £3 per child.
